Mexican Casserole

2 Casseroles
Serves 12 - 18

3 cups Eggs
4 cups Cottage Cheese
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup green chiles
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup flour


Blend all ingredients and pour into sprayed 2-quart casserole dishes.
?? "powder and cheddar cheese."
Bake at 300 degrees for about 45 mnutes.

3/4 t white pepper
1 1/2 t salt
3/4 c flour
