Tilikum Berry Crisp
8 C Berries
1 1/2 C Sugar
2 T clear-jel (Modified corn starch)
1/4 C lemon juice
1 T almond extract
Mix sugar and clear-jel; add berries, juice, and almond extract.
Pour into a 9 x 13 Pan
Topping:
1 C pancake mix
3 C oatmeal (regular)
1 C brown sugar
1 C butter, melted
Mix together and spread over top.
Bake 350 degrees, 30 - 40 minutes
