The Baked Parmesan Cod was delicious, and was awarded a big star.

The Beef Stroganoff was terrible! She was cutting up the meat 45 minutes before our dinner time, so maybe it just didn't cook long enough. Besides the meat not being tender, the gravy was soupy, not creamy.
