By Special Request, we were served Graham Cornbread hot from the oven in addition to the scheduled breakfast.

Dinner Notes:

The Chocolate cake was "frosted" with powdered sugar, cocoa, and mini chocolate chips.

Breakfast Notes:

In honor of Valentine's Day, the apple sauce was decorated with cinnamon Hearts, the yogurt/whipped cream was decorated with pink and red sprinkles, and the french toast was decorated with powdered sugar and red sprinkles. There was also a bowl of Hershey's chocolate pieces sprinkled with pink sprinkles.

Dinner Notes:

The Raspberry Sherbet was served in glasses with a chocolate-and-red-sprinkles-dipped rim and with a heart-shaped cookie dipped in chocolate gnache.
