Dianne: I was looking for a large brown button that had been my Grandmother's, but couldn't find it anywhere. Melissa had been helping with the search, and she finally told me not to worry about it, that she would make a button for me. This is the result. It was a plywood barrel lid; she sanded, painted, and glued until this masterpiece was complete.
I didn't write down the stories behind the buttons for Dottie, JoAnn, and Colleen.
Somehow, my memory doesn't work the way it should any more, so those stories are not here.
